Tampico is a natural vegetable fiber brush material that is treated to make it stiff. Tampico fibers are harvested from a variety of cactus plants growing wild in Mexico. It can be used either wet or dry for scrubbing, washing and dusting (ie. sweeping ash in fireplaces)
